In 2013, I distilled from my experience, a five step process, that had helped me to integrate into other cultures. Now, I see this as an initial step in the human evolutionary process. This method can facilitate communication, verbal and non-verbal, with Nature Spirits - another culture/community. I realize now that it is also a method for truly co-creating with others, both human and other beings and communities of beings. In this sense, co-creation can produce whole new possibilities that are much more than the sum of the parts.
